Denis graduated from San Jose State in 1969 with a Bachelor of Science degree in business and marketing. Shortly after college he passed the California real estate Broker's exam and now serves as the Broker of Spanek Inc. Real Estate which was established in 1976. Denis has been involved in just about every possible real estate scenario over his career and considers himself a "Specialty Realtor" in solving complex real estate scenarios for his clients when they arise. His experience in handling family estates/trusts, probates, 1031 exchange, and fractional ownership have all helped him become the "Trusted Broker" for some of the San Francisco Bay Area's most affluent individuals. He also loves the negotiation side of each transaction and enjoys providing over the top value to his clients which has created a constant stream of referrals over the years. Worldwide travels and bi-lingual ability has reinforced the connection Denis feels is inherent in the professional world.
